Method
- Prep your ingredients: slice chicken, chop vegetables, and mix the sauce in a bowl.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until mostly done.
- Push chicken to the side. Add another drizzle of oil and stir-fry the vegetables for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the sauce. Stir everything together until coated and heated through. Sauce should thicken.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
