Main Ingredients
  • 8 oz noodles your favorite kind
  • 2 chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 3-4 cloves garlic minced
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • sweet chili sauce optional
Garnish
  • green onions sliced
  • sesame seeds

Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Pot
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and minced garlic to create the sticky sauce.
  3. Heat a splash of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Pour in the prepared sauce. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated in the sticky sauce.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Double the sauce if you love extra sticky noodles. Add veggies like bell peppers or broccoli to make it even heartier. Easily customizable with tofu or shrimp.
