Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels to help them crisp while baking.
- In a bowl, coat chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add herbs if using.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment. Arrange the thighs in a single layer without overlapping.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
Notes
Customize the flavor by adding honey garlic glaze, Cajun seasoning, or lemon herb rub. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage.
