- Slice beef thinly against the grain and marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch (optional) for 10 minutes.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef and sear quickly until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Stir fry garlic, ginger, and vegetables until crisp-tender.
- Return beef to the pan, add cooked noodles, and pour in sauce mixture. Toss until everything is coated and heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
To customize, add chili flakes for heat or hoisin sauce for sweetness. Use gluten-free soy sauce and rice noodles for a gluten-free version. Fresh herbs and lime juice add brightness.
