  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into medium cubes
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts halved
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce plus more for brushing after cooking
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce optional
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional, for extra heat

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken into medium cubes and slice the Brussels sprouts in halves.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss chicken and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional soy sauce and red pepper flakes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place everything in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. When done, brush with additional sweet chili sauce for a glossy finish.

Notes

This dish is great for meal prep and stores well for up to 4 days in the fridge. Serve it over rice, quinoa, or in wraps for variation.
