Method
- Cut the chicken into medium cubes and slice the Brussels sprouts in halves.
- In a mixing bowl, toss chicken and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional soy sauce and red pepper flakes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place everything in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- When done, brush with additional sweet chili sauce for a glossy finish.
Notes
This dish is great for meal prep and stores well for up to 4 days in the fridge. Serve it over rice, quinoa, or in wraps for variation.
