Method
- Pat chicken dry. Mix all spices in a bowl and coat chicken pieces evenly with the seasoning blend.
- In another bowl, mix flour (and optional breadcrumbs). Coat seasoned chicken in the flour mixture.
- Spray air fryer basket lightly with olive oil spray. Place chicken in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Internal temp should be 165°F (74°C).
- For chicken breasts or tenders, air fry for 10–12 minutes instead.
Notes
Try variations like spicy (add cayenne), garlic-herb, or parmesan crust. Pairs great with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or air fryer fries!
