Method
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Sauté onions for 2–3 minutes until translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add ground beef and break it apart with a wooden spoon.
- Sprinkle in taco seasoning and stir until evenly coated.
- Pour in tomato sauce and beef broth; stir to combine.
- Simmer for 6–8 minutes until liquid reduces and beef is deeply flavored. Season with salt and pepper.

Notes
