  • 1 box strawberry cake mix about 15.25 oz
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil vegetable or canola

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and oil until the dough is smooth and slightly sticky.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed freeze-dried strawberries (if using).
  4. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are firm and the centers are soft.
  6. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
