  • 8 crunchy taco shells
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti noodles leftover works great
  • 1 cup marinara or pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 lb cooked ground beef or turkey optional
  • fresh basil, chopped parsley, black olives, sliced cherry tomatoes optional toppings

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water until tender, then drain. (Skip if using leftovers.)
  2. In a pan over low heat, warm the marinara sauce. Stir in Italian seasoning and optional cooked ground meat if using.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange taco shells upright in a baking dish. Optionally warm them in the oven for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  4. Combine the cooked spaghetti and warmed sauce until noodles are evenly coated.
  5. Spoon the sauced spaghetti into each taco shell, dividing evenly.
  6. Top each taco with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake the spaghetti tacos for 8–12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil, parsley, or other optional toppings. Serve immediately.

Notes

These are super customizable! Try different sauces like pesto or Alfredo, or add sautéed veggies for variety. Let kids choose their own toppings for extra fun!
