- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the drumsticks until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits from the pan. Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, cover, and simmer for 25–30 minutes until fully cooked and tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
If the sauce is too thin, simmer uncovered to thicken. Feel free to add extra garlic for a stronger flavor. This dish pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
