- Place halved baby potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the potatoes. Pour olive oil and chicken broth evenly over them.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
- Season chicken with parmesan, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
- Optional: Add a splash of cream or sprinkle more parmesan before serving.
Notes
To make this dish your own, add vegetables like baby carrots or green beans in the last hour. For a crispy finish, broil the cooked dish for a few minutes.
