Method
- Place diced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add chopped cabbage, followed by sliced onion and minced garlic.
- Place the chicken on top of the vegetables.
- Season with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over everything and pour in the chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender and vegetables are soft.
- Gently stir before serving and enjoy warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice before serving. You can also customize by adding carrots, sausage, or swapping regular potatoes for sweet potatoes.
