Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 head cabbage chopped
  • 4-5 potatoes medium, diced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Place diced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped cabbage, followed by sliced onion and minced garlic.
  3. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables.
  4. Season with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over everything and pour in the chicken broth.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender and vegetables are soft.
  7. Gently stir before serving and enjoy warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice before serving. You can also customize by adding carrots, sausage, or swapping regular potatoes for sweet potatoes.
