  • 3 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Cut larger potatoes in half for even cooking.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the potatoes to the slow cooker and pour the butter mixture over them. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, stirring once halfway through if possible.
  5. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the potatoes before serving. Add Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding ranch seasoning, Cajun spices, chopped bacon, or shredded cheddar cheese. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
