  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup carrots thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 12 frozen potstickers pork, chicken, or veggie
  • 2 cups spinach or bok choy
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil for finishing

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add broth, carrots, and green onions. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add frozen potstickers directly to the pot. Simmer for about 8 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in spinach or bok choy, soy sauce, and additional sesame oil. Cook for 1-2 more minutes until greens are wilted.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like green onions, chili oil, or crispy wonton strips.
