- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

- Stir in spinach or bok choy, soy sauce, and additional sesame oil. Cook for 1-2 more minutes until greens are wilted.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings like green onions, chili oil, or crispy wonton strips.
