Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking.
- Lightly grease ramekins or silicone cups with butter or non-stick spray. Add 1 tablespoon of water to each.
- Crack one egg into each prepared ramekin.
- Place ramekins in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5–6 minutes for soft yolks or 7–8 minutes for firmer eggs.
- Gently lift the eggs with a spoon and serve immediately. Season with salt, pepper, and optional toppings.
Notes
To store, place cooked poached eggs in cold water in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in warm water or the air fryer. Great for meal prep and Keto breakfasts!
