Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 2 eggs fresh
  • 1 tbsp water per ramekin
  • non-stick spray or butter to grease ramekins
  • salt and pepper to taste
Optional Toppings
  • avocado
  • smoked salmon
  • chili flakes

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Ramekins or Silicone Cups

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. Lightly grease ramekins or silicone cups with butter or non-stick spray. Add 1 tablespoon of water to each.
  3. Crack one egg into each prepared ramekin.
  4. Place ramekins in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5–6 minutes for soft yolks or 7–8 minutes for firmer eggs.
  5. Gently lift the eggs with a spoon and serve immediately. Season with salt, pepper, and optional toppings.

Notes

To store, place cooked poached eggs in cold water in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in warm water or the air fryer. Great for meal prep and Keto breakfasts!
