Method
- Pat chicken dry, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Lightly dredge in flour.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining butter to skillet. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in white wine and reduce slightly.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until thickened, about 3–4 minutes.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
Optional: Add mushrooms or red pepper flakes for variation. Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables. Sauce can be revived with a splash of cream when reheating.
