Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5-6 pepperoncini peppers plus splash of juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
Optional
  • Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Pot

Method

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Break it apart as it cooks and drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add minced garlic, ranch seasoning mix, and au jus mix to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  3. Add butter, pepperoncini peppers, a splash of their juice, and beef broth. Let the mixture simmer until the butter is melted and flavors are combined.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta.
  5. Add the cooked pasta directly to the skillet with the beef mixture. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
  6. Serve warm and top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Adjust the number of pepperoncini peppers to control tanginess. Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick. You can also customize the dish with vegetables like mushrooms or spinach.
