  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce no-sugar-added
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil (skip for 2-ingredient version).
  3. Spread the low-carb ravioli in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the ravioli and press lightly so the cheese begins to adhere.
  5. Optional: Spoon small dollops of marinara sauce over each ravioli bite. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden. Ravioli should be heated through.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool for 1 minute, garnish with basil, and serve.
  8. For the 2-ingredient version: Broil ravioli with cheese for 5 minutes until edges are crisp. Serve warm.

Notes

Use smoked gouda or pepper jack for a fun twist. Great for meal prep—store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes. Want extra crisp? Broil for 1 minute but keep an eye on it.
