- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil (skip for 2-ingredient version).
- Spread the low-carb ravioli in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the ravioli and press lightly so the cheese begins to adhere.
- Optional: Spoon small dollops of marinara sauce over each ravioli bite. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden. Ravioli should be heated through.
- Remove from oven, let cool for 1 minute, garnish with basil, and serve.
- For the 2-ingredient version: Broil ravioli with cheese for 5 minutes until edges are crisp. Serve warm.
Notes
Use smoked gouda or pepper jack for a fun twist. Great for meal prep—store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes. Want extra crisp? Broil for 1 minute but keep an eye on it.
