Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 4 cups cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning optional

Equipment

  • Large Pan

Method

  1. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped cabbage and stir well. Cook until slightly softened but still a bit crisp.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir gently. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Add grated parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning. Stir well and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overcook the cabbage; it should remain slightly crisp. Add a splash of milk if the sauce becomes too thick. Fresh parmesan enhances flavor significantly.
