- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth. Whisk in the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and yogurt until combined.
- Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using). Stir until just combined.
- Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if desired. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
This bread stores well for 2–3 days at room temperature or can be frozen in slices. Great toasted with eggs, almond butter, or berries!
