Method
- Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Add eggs, mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Creole seasoning, parsley, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and firm enough to shape.
- Divide into 3–4 equal portions and shape into patties about ¾-inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, whisk all tartar sauce ingredients together. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve the tuna patties hot on buns with lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce—or over salad for a lighter option.
Notes
Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if desired. These patties also freeze well before cooking—great for meal prep!
