- Thaw the steak, pat it dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic steak seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the steak bites until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- Cook cheese tortellini in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Simmer for a few minutes, then stir in parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked tortellini and steak bites to the sauce. Toss gently to coat everything well.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Swap heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version, or add mushrooms and spinach for variety. Leftover steak works great too!
