- Whisk together eggs and milk in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken tenders into the egg mixture, then press into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil and melted butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place chicken tenders in the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels. Garnish with extra parmesan and parsley. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Want a lighter version? Bake at 425°F for 15–20 minutes or air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes. Fresh garlic can be added for more punch!
