Preparation
  1. Start by mixing warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest for 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Knead for 10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  4. Punch down the dough gently and divide it into equal portions. Roll each piece into a smooth ball.
  5. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While still warm, brush generously with easy garlic butter.
Garlic Butter Preparation
  1. Melt ½ cup butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté lightly until fragrant.
  3. Stir in a pinch of salt and chopped parsley.
