- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

- In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, chili flakes, and vinegar.

Notes
Adjust chili flakes to control the spice level. For a gluten-free version, use tamari instead of soy sauce. You can also substitute tofu for a vegetarian variation.
