Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 bag frozen French fries or homemade fries
Toppings
  • 1 cup marinara sauce or pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • optional toppings olives, diced bell peppers, cooked sausage, mushrooms, red onions

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the fries. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy.
  2. Remove the fries from the oven and spoon marinara sauce evenly over the top. Do not oversaturate.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauced fries. Add pepperoni and any additional toppings as desired.
  4. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  5. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for lightly browned cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy fries, bake on a wire rack or preheat the baking sheet before adding the fries. Pizza Fries are best served immediately while hot and gooey. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
