  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese cubed and softened

Method
 

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

  4. Pour in beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10–15 minutes, uncovered.
  5. Turn off heat. Add cream cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth.
