Method
- Wash, peel, and cut carrots into uniform sticks for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle honey over the carrots and mix until evenly coated.
- Place carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with fresh herbs if using, and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer. Add lemon zest for a brighter flavor, and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
