Method
 

  1. Wash, peel, and cut carrots into uniform sticks for even cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle honey over the carrots and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Place carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with fresh herbs if using, and serve warm.
