- In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella (if using), Parmesan, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the creamy mixture into a shallow serving bowl. Smooth the top with a spoon so it’s ready for drizzling.
- Drizzle hot honey generously over the top. Add a swirl of olive oil if desired.
- Serve immediately with dippers: toasted baguette, crackers, or roasted veggie sticks.
Notes
Use whole-milk ricotta for the best texture. Let the dip come to room temp before serving, and blend for extra creaminess. Great with wine, soup, or as part of a party platter.
