Ingredients
  

Base
  • 4 large flour or low carb tortillas
  • olive oil for brushing layers
Filling
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar or provolone cheese
  • toppings of choice (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, olives)
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a round baking dish or cake pan.
  2. Place the first tortilla into the dish. Brush lightly with olive oil, then add a spoonful of sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  3. Repeat the layering with 2–3 more tortillas, oil, sauce, and cheese to build height and structure.
  4. Top the final layer with remaining cheese, your choice of toppings, and sprinkle with oregano and basil.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

Use low-carb or gluten-free tortillas for dietary preferences. Pre-baking the bottom tortilla helps achieve a crispy base.
