- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a round baking dish or cake pan.
- Place the first tortilla into the dish. Brush lightly with olive oil, then add a spoonful of sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layering with 2–3 more tortillas, oil, sauce, and cheese to build height and structure.
- Top the final layer with remaining cheese, your choice of toppings, and sprinkle with oregano and basil.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
Use low-carb or gluten-free tortillas for dietary preferences. Pre-baking the bottom tortilla helps achieve a crispy base.
