- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices.
- Add the steak to the crockpot along with butter, garlic, sliced onion, beef broth, and soy or Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, or until steak is tender.

Notes
Optional: Sear the steak before placing in the crockpot for added depth of flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
