Method
- Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Add a layer of ravioli to cover the sauce.
- Dollop spoonfuls of ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
Notes
Use refrigerated ravioli for better texture. Customize with meat or veggies, and don’t peek during cooking! Add fresh basil before serving for a fresh finish.
