Method
- Cut beef into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Wash and prep potatoes. Leave skin on. Cut large ones in half or quarters.
- Melt garlic butter in a saucepan with minced garlic until aromatic.
- Layer potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot. Add beef on top. Pour garlic butter mixture evenly over everything.
- Sprinkle herbs over the top. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Serve warm with extra herbs or dinner rolls for dipping. Enjoy!
Notes
Optional: For more flavor, sear beef before adding to crockpot. Add fresh parsley before serving for color and taste.
