  • 2-3 pounds cubed steak
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste

Method
 

  1. Season the cubed steak with salt, pepper, and any preferred seasonings.
  2. Place the sliced onions and garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Lay the seasoned cubed steak over the onions in the crockpot.
  4. In a bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth. Pour over the steak.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until steak is tender.
  6. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Enjoy!

Notes

You can brown the steak before slow cooking for added flavor. Add vegetables like carrots or potatoes for a full one-pot meal. Leftovers keep well and taste even better the next day.
