- Rinse and pat dry chicken thighs and legs. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place in the crockpot skin-side up.
- In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour over chicken in crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Optional: Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and broil for 3–4 minutes to caramelize the BBQ glaze.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides like coleslaw or corn on the cob.
Notes
Use thick BBQ sauce for a richer glaze. Avoid overcrowding the crockpot to ensure even cooking. Save extra sauce for serving.
