Method
- Wash and dry your potatoes thoroughly.
- Rub each potato with olive oil or butter and sprinkle with salt.
- Wrap each potato in foil for softer skin (optional), or leave unwrapped for crisper skin.
- Place potatoes in the slow cooker in a single layer. Cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Check for doneness by piercing with a fork. Potatoes should be tender and fluffy.
Notes
You can make these ahead and store them for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven, or freeze for longer storage. Great for meal prep!
