Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Taquitos
  • 8 flour tortillas small size
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing
  • chili flakes optional, for extra spice

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic, cheese, and optional chili flakes.
  2. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Add a few tablespoons of filling in each tortilla and roll tightly.
  3. Brush the outside of each taquito with olive oil.
  4. Place the taquitos in an air fryer basket (seam side down) and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with dipping sauces like marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli.

Notes

You can prepare the taquitos in advance and refrigerate before air frying. Perfect for game nights, snacks, or a cozy dinner. Swap the chicken for beans for a vegetarian version.
