- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut mozzarella sticks in half. Wrap each stick with a layer of the crab mixture, pressing firmly.
- Dip each piece into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat for a thicker crust.
- Freeze coated sticks for at least 1 hour to set the shape.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy (about 2-3 minutes), or air fry at 400°F for 6-8 minutes.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice such as garlic mayo, marinara, or spicy chili sauce.
