Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Calzone Wrap
  • 2 low-carb tortillas medium size
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  3. Spoon the filling onto one half of each tortilla. Fold into a calzone shape and press edges to seal.
  4. Brush the outside with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  5. Place calzones in the air fryer and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

You can freeze uncooked calzones and air fry straight from frozen. Swap chicken with turkey or use dairy-free cheese alternatives if needed. Add sugar-free marinara for a pizza-style twist!
