Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or glaze
  • 0.5 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese shaved or grated
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes for heat

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Knife

Method

  1. Wash, trim, and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  2. In a bowl, toss sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, and honey.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place sprouts in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed).
  5. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Optional: Toss with more balsamic glaze and top with Parmesan and red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

Make it spicy by adding paprika or red pepper flakes before cooking. For best crisp, dry the sprouts thoroughly before seasoning.
