- Roll out your dough into a thin sheet. Cut into squares or circles.
- Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce in the center, sprinkle cheese, and top with pepperoni or veggies.
- Fold the dough over and pinch the edges tightly. Brush lightly with oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the rolls in a single layer.
Cooking
- Air fry pizza rolls for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let them cool for a minute before serving.
Serving
- Serve with extra pizza sauce, ranch, or garlic butter.
Notes
To keep your pizza rolls crispy, don’t overcrowd the basket and consider using parchment liners. Freeze extras for quick meals later.
