- Cut salmon into evenly sized bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add salmon cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until crispy and golden, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
