- Heat olive oil in a skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add chopped onions and cook until translucent. Stir in garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are golden.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and let it cook for a few minutes to reduce slightly.
- Stir in sour cream (or Greek yogurt). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer on low for 5–10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Serve hot over noodles or your favorite base.
