Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic, parmesan, and Italian herbs. Mix until well combined.
- Carefully butterfly each chicken breast and lay flat.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the creamy filling. Fold and secure with toothpicks.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle parmesan on top.
- Place in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to add spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, or mozzarella to the filling for fun variations. Pairs well with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
