Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz pasta shells
Bacon & Aromatics
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parsley chopped, optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the bacon drippings for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream to the skillet, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in Parmesan and Mozzarella until smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta shells and crispy bacon to the sauce. Stir gently to coat, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
