Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 bag Dorito chips crushed, any flavor
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus more for topping
  • 1 can black beans rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 0.5 cup green onions chopped

Equipment

  • Casserole Dish
  • Oven
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, beans, corn, soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the Doritos in the casserole dish.
  5. Top with the remaining crushed Doritos and additional cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with salsa, sour cream, or avocado if desired.

Notes

For variations, try spicy Doritos, taco seasoning, or additional veggies like bell peppers and olives. Don’t crush chips too fine to keep that signature crunch.
