  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar

  • pinch sea salt optional

Method
 

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into thin, even rounds for best crispiness.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Lightly spray the banana slices with oil, then toss to coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Arrange the slices in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 330°F (165°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  6. Let the chips cool completely before enjoying to ensure maximum crunch.

Notes
