- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir gently until smooth and creamy.
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds or flaxseed, and protein powder (if using). Stir until evenly blended.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or into silicone molds. Press extra blueberries on top if desired.
- Freeze for 1 hour or refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Transfer bites into a sealed container and store in the fridge or freezer.
Notes
These bites are perfect for school lunches, workout fuel, or late-night cravings. Use gluten-free oats if needed. Skip the protein powder if you prefer a lighter version.
