Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen, plus extra for topping (optional)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats use gluten-free if preferred
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup for natural sweetness
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed for extra fiber and protein
  • 1/4 cup whey protein powder plain or vanilla; optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional, for extra flavor
  • 1 pinch salt to balance sweetness

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir gently until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds or flaxseed, and protein powder (if using). Stir until evenly blended.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or into silicone molds. Press extra blueberries on top if desired.
  5. Freeze for 1 hour or refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  6. Transfer bites into a sealed container and store in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

These bites are perfect for school lunches, workout fuel, or late-night cravings. Use gluten-free oats if needed. Skip the protein powder if you prefer a lighter version.
