- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then blend in the Biscoff spread.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool completely. Top with Biscoff frosting or drizzle, and sprinkle crushed cookies before serving.
Notes
For extra depth, swirl a spoonful of Biscoff spread into the batter just before baking.
