- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place naan or crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
- Mix salsa and tomato paste. Spread sauce over crust.
- Add taco meat, sprinkle cheeses, and top with jalapeños and olives.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
- Remove from oven. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice.
Notes
You can swap the beef for chicken, beans, or plant-based crumbles. Add heat with hot sauce or crushed red pepper. Best served fresh but stores well for 3 days.
